We offer worldwide shipping for all orders from our warehouse. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to all EU countries that means we cover all related import taxes and duties.


Orders to all non-EU countries are shipped DAP that means you might be charged for import taxes and duties by your local customs authority. These fees are directly related to the value of the goods, the material they are made from and their country of origin. Since these duties vary per country, we recommend you to get in touch with your local authorities to consult about possible charges before placing and order with us.

Please note that since Switzerland and the United Kingdom are not active members of the EU, all imported goods must be custom-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import.

If you decide not to pay your import taxes or duties and therefore choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


In general it takes 3-5 business days to process returns and issue refunds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
